For this episode, I recorded an interview with Tom Governale, the City of Boise Superintendent of Parks and Tom Chelstrom, who is a member of the task force that is working to develop the Boise River Management Plan. The first Boise River Management Plan was drafted in 1999 as a local government effort in the Boise River valley to manage riverside resources, and today it is in the process of being updated.
